KEY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimize the sales of the store via the effective implementation of business processes, and generate and exceed sales budgets and growth and optimize profit through the effective management of costs. (to manage costs in budget) and make sure that professional HR practices in staffing and talent processes. Effective stock management in your store and exceeding client expectations. make sure subordinate effectiveness through effective leadership, clear communication and management of job performance. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and make sure a climate of productivity and positive morale by living the company values and managing your store according to the business plan to make sure the optimal brand and store image representation.
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ANS QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12 or equivalent and Further qualifications related to business or retail will be an advantage. 1 year of retail experience, which includes at least one year in a management position and Outstanding merchandise management, stock management, and cost control skills A focus on client service and the capacity to maintain high store standards A Proven capacity to influence and lead a team, You will have a inclined development orientation in that you will be inspired to develop yourself and fellow team members, The capacity to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) and competence in a second official language would be a definite advantage.
The selected candidate will need to possess strong motivation and teamwork skills,and It will be necessary for her or him to meet deadlines and handle a multitude of complicated problems and priorities, thus, good judgment, decision-making, and time management are important. Effective merchandise management will also be a important quality.
