Job Overview

New Aptitude is being invited by Clover to participate in the Call Center Learnership. The chosen applicants will attend classes as scheduled and work at Clover’s Call Center offices in Constantia Park for the duration of the learnership. Upon completion of the learnership, participants will have acquired the NQF qualification and acquired hands-on experience in a top-tier call center. 

 

The minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12/equivalent NQF4
  • Grade 12/Matric completed in the past 7 years (2017–2023)
  • Average of 60% for English and Maths or Maths literacy and computer literacy (Advanced) and must be currently unemployed.

  • Client-oriented, Communicates effectively, and can apply numerical principles        

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Provide high-level client service

  • Handle all inbound and outbound interactions and Resolve queries and complaints via the appropriate stakeholders

 

Capture and confirm customer orders

  • Capture orders accurately and on time according to the daily call list, inform clients of accounts on hold and Confirm client orders as per standard operations procedures 
  • Inform relevant stakeholders of issues about their orders

 

Sell Clover and Principal products as per client-ranging

  • Offer new or other products (describe features and special offers)

 

Promote teamwork and cooperation 

  • Help team members get team results and Share the responsibility to get the job done
  • Support team values and Participate in team meetings
  • Take responsibility for the visual management of information.

Attend classes as prescribed and visit retail stores for practical training.
