The key duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and develop practical skills in your preferred discipline under the guidance of experienced professionals, and participate in on-the-job training, workshops, and theoretical learning sessions to enhance your understanding and expertise.
- Stick to safety protocols and regulations at all times to make sure a secure working environment, and collaborate with team members to perform tasks efficiently and effectively and demonstrate a commitment to continuous advancement and personal development.
The minimum Requirements
- Minimum of Grade 12 or comparable qualification with Mathematics and Physical Science (except for Artisan Electrical, where Mathematics is not compulsory but beneficial) and Appropriate technical qualifications or certificates (if available) will be beneficial, as will strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- good communication and interpersonal abilities, and the willingness to learn and adapt to various working conditions and South African citizenship or permanent residency.
