Job description

In KZN(KwaZulu Natal) we have new opportunities open at our distribution centers in Phoenix Industrial Park and Mount Edgecombe. The candidates are going to earn a minimum wage, receive continuous personal development training and coaching, and receive numerous other benefits. The Applicant’s Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a South African Citizen who is between 18 and 28 years old
• Must be Currently unemployed and NOT studying full-time and should have passed Matric with the appropriate Tertiary Qualification (Undergraduate Degree)
• Clear criminal record and should not have participated in YES before.
• Must be able to commit to the 12-month work program (1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025)
• Interview and Verification Procedure

We are looking for candidates who have completed tertiary qualifications in the field of study below:

In Finance

• Degree: Financial Management, Cost Management, and Management Accounting

In Marketing

• Degree: Retail Management/Business Management/Supply Chain Management (you will be in the field of buying, negotiating, promotions, and stock planning). Strong financial acumen is important)

Information Technology

• Degree: Project Management (focus on computer skills, business analytics, retail systems specialists, and customer liaison). Drivers license is an advantage
• Specialized A; N and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) (Network Systems/Project Management/SAP and Training)

Warehouse / Logistics

• Degree: Supply Chain Management
• Degree: Freight Logistics Management
• Degree: Road Transport Management
• Degree: Project Management
• Degree: Consumer Science: Food and Nutrition/Biochemistry
• Degree: Quality Control: Food Technology/Microbiology

In Risk / Quality

• Degree: Environmental Health
• Degree: Safety Management / Quality Assurance
