The Free State Provincial Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism, and Environmental Affairs (DESTEA) is thrilled to offer internship opportunities to unemployed graduates aged between 18 and 35. Through our Internship Programme, successful candidates will embark on a 24-month journey of on-the-job development training. This program aims to equip graduates with technical, professional, public service, business, and life skills necessary for entering the formal job market.

Stipend
The stipend will be determined according to the Remuneration Schedule for Interns as stipulated by the Department of Public Service and Administration.

Application Process
Applications must be submitted on Z83 forms, obtainable from any public service department. Along with the Z83 form, applicants should submit a recently updated comprehensive CV, certified copies of all qualifications and identity documents, and copies of academic transcripts. Please ensure that your application does not exceed 4MB in size.
